Client Care Representative
Under the direct supervision of the Practice Manager, the Client Care Representative provides the first impression of the hospital to clients and patients. The CCR must be professional and courteous with the ability to build rapport with clients and their pets. As the clients last interaction in the Hospital, the CCR’s must ensure that they’ve answered all clients’ questions prior to them leaving, they have a clear understanding of the Veterinarian’s recommendations and that clients expectations are exceeded at every visit. The Client Care Representative is responsible for, but not limited to the following duties described below.
Description of Work:
Greet clients and gather needed history and information for their visit.
Schedule appointments with our doctors and technicians.
Greet clients and pets in a friendly manner
Check out clients at the conclusion of their appointment including presenting invoices and receiving payments.
Handle heavy multi-line telephone call volume
Handle miscellaneous correspondence
Perform data processing and maintain computerized records
Update client demographic information every contact
Reconcile invoices and money at day-end
Perform daily light cleaning of waiting and reception area
Perform opening and closing procedures
perform other duties as assigned
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain and relay information with all those contacted throughout the course of the work day.
Excellent documentation skills
Excellent organizational skills
Diplomatic social skills to maintain the highest level of cooperation team members in other areas of the hospital. .
