Pet Loss Support Group
Recognizing how difficult it can be to lose a 4-legged family member, AHI has teamed with DeJohn Pet Services (a division of DeJohn-Flynn Mylott Funeral Homes) to start a pet loss support group. The group is free of charge and open to anyone who has lost a pet or is facing this difficult time.
The group facilitator is Patrica DeJohn, MA, a counselor in private practice with Dr. Thomas Frazier and Associates. She is a member of the Association for Death Education & Counseling, and the Northeast Ohio Bereavement Council.
The Pet Loss Support group meets in AHI's multipurpose room from 6:30pm to 8pm on the 3rd Thursday of every month (excluding June, July and August).
